Good Morning WSIS Partners and Friends,

West Side International Soccer Program is underway but there is still time to sign-up! WSIS is excited to bring a new partnership with Nardin Academy that will provide children with opportunities to play on a brand new turf field, regardless of income, and allow us to serve even more families.

Registration is ongoing for SUMMER HOUSE SOCCER. Programs run SATURDAYS from June 12th through August 21st. We are asking for your help in sharing the attached flyers throughout your network, social media, and directly with families that have kids interested in joining. As always, our programming is entirely free of charge for participants.

For players between the ages of 4 to 11, two sites are currently available for REGISTRATION. Players learn the game in a safe space with friends in a family-friendly, caring, community environment. Our sessions are led by experienced coaches and assisted by high-school age youth mentors who are training to be the next generation of community leaders. All skill levels are welcome! Perks of the program include: soccer training, fun games, scrimmaging with peers, and healthy snacks.

The following times apply to both sites:

Ages 4-6 play from 9:00 – 9:50 AM

Ages 7-9 play from 10:00 – 10:50 AM

Ages 10-11 play from 11:00 – 11:50 AM

For players between the ages of 12-19, we are hosting a NEW 6v6 SOCCER LEAGUE STYLE SEASON held at the Nardin Academy Athletic Center (outdoors)!!

All games will take place on the Saturdays listed above between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM

6 versus 6, with goalies

Maximum team size (roster size) of 10 players

Players must be born in 2001 or later (we are allowing those who missed out on their last year of play due to COVID to participate); divisions will be arranged by age band as appropriate and available.

All are welcome here, whether you have a team OR do not have a team.

Players outside of Buffalo are welcome to play, priority is given to teams/players from within the City of Buffalo

ONLINE REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH PLAYER ON THE TEAM

Each month, one team will claim the title of BEST OF THE WEST!

At the end of the season, a TROPHY will be awarded to the SEASON CHAMPIONS!!

Teams are notified of their game times after Opening Week 1.

In an effort to improve our sign-up process and due to challenges related to Covid-19, we have moved from paper forms to an entirely online registration format.
